Unless by prior written arrangement, the Customer agrees to pay in full, within 7 days of the invoice date.
The Customer agrees to pay a late fee administration charge of $10 per day for each day after the 7-day period that payment is not received
Adding Collection Costs
In the event that your overdue account is referred to a collection agency and/or law firm, you will be liable for all costs that would be incurred as if the debt is collected in full, including commission on collection of the additional costs and also including legal demand costs.
Adding Interest
Overdue accounts will be subject to interest at the rate of 13% p.a., calculated for the period the account is due until the date it is paid.
Any claim relating to the mycleanerspro.com.au website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria without regard to its conflict of law provisions. General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Website.
Our flat rate services are results-based cleans and do not depend on time limits like our hourly rates. We will perform the checklist of tasks that correspond to the service you have booked + any extras selected, until all items have been cleaned to our premium standards.
Because these are results-based cleans, we do not set fixed time limits on the services. We do, however, give our cleaning teams estimates to assist with the planning of services. These estimates are just guidelines, and we allow the teams to work at harder (and faster) intensities if they are able.
Our Fair Go policy states that on the rare occasions that our estimates are incorrect, we will clean for up to 25% longer than the given estimated time; however, if a property requires more time and work than that, extra charges may apply. We will always get in touch with you prior to making any changes to your service and confirm any extra charges before proceeding.
Customers must report dissatisfaction with the Service provided within 24 hours of completion of the Service. Mycleanerspro.com.au will endeavour to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently.
If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the service being started, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking amount may be charged. This is at the discretion of management and may be waived if the cleaner can be moved to another job.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that for the proper and effective performance of our cleaning services, the service location must have an ample and safe supply of running water and accessible, functional electrical outlets with sufficient power. It is the sole responsibility of the Client to ensure these utilities are available and in good working order at the scheduled time of service.
If our service personnel are unable to perform or complete the cleaning service due to the absence, inadequacy, or unsafe condition of water or electrical supply, the following may apply:
- The service may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to decline service if the utility conditions pose a safety risk to our personnel or equipment.
